Osdan’s control system monitors outdoor ambient and heat exchanger fin temperatures in real time, intelligently triggering defrost mode only when necessary. By avoiding unnecessary defrost cycles or incomplete ice removal, it boosts defrost efficiency and heating performance.
During heating/defrost cycles, water accumulation can freeze in high-humidity environments, impairing system performance. Osdan’s patented “Dual-Condensation Drain Pan Ice Melt” (Patent No.: 2016200011481, Utility Model) ensures thorough ice elimination, maintaining peak unit efficiency.
Our extra-wide 8-row fin design maximizes airflow contact, increasing heat absorption and ensuring uniform, efficient heat transfer.
Two operational modes: fixed or climate-compensated. In climate mode, the system auto-adjusts water supply temperature based on outdoor conditions via a compensation curve, preventing indoor temperature fluctuations (±5°C adjustable range) for optimal comfort.
The central control system monitors real-time temperatures across components, instantly directing the compressor, fan, and EEV to synchronize adjustments—achieving ultra-fast thermal response.
To prevent pipe freezing, the system activates intelligent frost-protection mode when low ambient/water temperatures are detected, maintaining operation until safe thresholds are restored.
